I came into this project towards the end of its design, responsibile for putting together a fully functional prototype for Usability Testing. I also gave some feedback on the kind of interactions for how the app would behave upon selections. The prototype video reflects this.
The objective of this project was to serve up a quick, easy, and efficient way to take care of customer service issues and requests while in flight.
